Nope, YEG is a fabulous city that since Shareholder left has become even a more desirable place to be!

The only bad part is the poor way in which AC treats it vis-a-vis frequency and choice of destination particularly transborder (and type of metal).

If you go to www.aeroplan.com, which is AC's frequent flyer website and look for award tickets (usually better success is had finding hen's teeth ) you will often find availability for one leg then a day or even sometimes 2 or 3 before the next leg to your destination so it's weird that "AC's rules" were cited.

P.S. I also re-read Shareholder's latest post and now know who to blame for having the distinction of a Mayor who not only looks like Homer Simpson but often says things that only a Homer Simpson would say!
