I don't care if the agent broke a Ming vase when booking my itinerary originally. I CONFIRMED flights, had mileage DEDUCTED, taxes CHARGED and tickets ISSUED. At that point, the itinerary is not negotiable. If she screwed up when booking me in the first place, UAL needs to educate HER on their policies rather than make unilateral changes to MY travel plans.
