Updated!

I've not done many updates for any positions that are slightly off, but I did fix one that was WAY off. (Thanks for the PM, SLF!)

I've updated the categories following the 2008 announced changes, the unannounced Israel cat changes, some changes to opening dates, and a few other minor details.

I've left last month's file of announced category changes on the site for those that might be interested.

I'll have another update in the next few weeks. I have some more future properties that I don't have in the database yet or for which I just haven't put in the coordinates. And I want to get around to updating some positions that still need to be adjusted.
