I imagine that the OP has a TLV address as their 1P address and when I inquired last yr when I moved the CEOs address from his US to his Israeli I was told that the free PC membership is done only once ayr. And that it wasnt going to be done any longer after '07. I guess they knew what they were talking about.
As so many told me on the other thread. whats $300 for someone who is spending so much flying around anyway
