A lot of foreign SIMs allow roaming in other countries. At $1.49/minute roaming on T-Mobile in Europe adds up fast. Why not get a US prepaid T-Mobile SIM for Colorado and a European prepay SIM for the others? You'll have to check the rates on the European SIMs as some are great and some are lousy.
