There was one slight problem though – carrots. Now I know that there is no “real” Bolognese recipe. Well, I'm so sorry to tell you this... but here in Italy many people makes their Bolognese sauce (let's use it's real name... it's a " PASTA AL RAGU' "

) using carrots. Obiously not too many carrots or you'll get a too much sweet tast
