How dare BA charge so much for the substandard service on the London-Moscow-London route. A full aircraft, but no IFE working on the filthy 767, the seat hadn't been cleaned in weeks (dried food and drink stuck to it) and 2 toilets were 'out of order' due to overflow problems (apparently). And, you'll be lucky to get a drink before your meal on this 4hr flight, in the name of cost cuts. The 2 daily BA 767s are full of willing mugs and BA is laughing.
