I booked Tel Aviv last trip to NYC.

The "limo" turned out to be a dirty red mini van that was 30 minutes late, driven by a maniac whose sole conversation all the way to the Waldorf was how his tip was going to be settled. Guess the end to THAT story.

Carmel are the same company IMO - their phone is similarly catchy ... 212 - 66 -6666, and their car did not arrive at all.
