When the video first loaded, I thought the interviewer was Lindsey Lohan on work-release. But that's what CNN has come to these days.
I hadn't seen the photo of the bent winglet before...ouch! Reminded me of the DC-3 that brushed a mountain after taking off from my home town in the '50's, and lost about ten feet of wing. It flew on to PHX, and most of the aluminum it lost is still on the mountainside.
