Well, I just can't help it - they are nice.
I have been waiting for two upgrade requests for two seats to clear for 6/11 SFO->HNL and HNL->SFO on 6/18. Didn't as of yesterday. Stopped by at the 1K office in ORD yesterday and asked for an opinion about the situation. "Oh, she said, we should be able to take care of it here." Got me and my companion the seats assigned and upgraded to F. And with a big smile. And then said, "I wish it should always be so easy."
Nothing but pleasant surprises from the folks in ORD.
Oh, and by the way, walkin' out of the RCC the lady who watches the door hollered, "Have a nice day Mr. "I"., and come back again."
I really get embarrassed by PDA.
And trust me, I am comin' back.
