It is definitely lunch followed by tea prior to landding.

As the Miami flight is fairly long, it is not uncommon for crew to serve one or two rounds of drinks prior to meal; so by the time the food comes out, it is nearer 11:30am.

Be warned that MIA flights are T3 and the CX lounge does not open that early so its the AA lounge for brekkie. Decent pastry/muffin offering if you have a gold card but not sure about the regular AA lounge for J.
