I've been in and out of embassies within as little as 15 minutes to get new pages. No appointment required and no fee. Getting an entire new passport I've done in less than an hour at an embassy. Again no appointment, can't remember if there was a supplemental fee.

I think you can pay the $60 expedite fee in the US for the pages.

If your company foots the bill and you're traveling in less than 2 weeks I would go with a service to stand in line for you.
