I've been Platinum for a few years and got to 26 stays in '07 by a late year mattress run using the double stay promo. Last screen of 2007 says 26 stays. Yet I just happened to check my account today and it lists me as a Gold rather than Platinum. I called the Plat Concierge who agreed that I had 26 stays and that it was probably a computer glitch but that they would review my account today and confirm back to me shortly.

Concierge indicated that she just had to check that the stays were "qualified" and in qualified rate buckets. I responded that EVERY *Wood stay I had in 2007 was booked on the *Wood website so that, by definition, the stays were qualified. She agreed...and expects to confirm that shortly.

I assume this will be fixed, but the sooner you catch it the better.
