I regularly order the lowfat meal and have had a pretty dismal experience. Usually you get a chicken breast with pasta and some steamed veggies. The concept is great. The preparation not so great. I find (for whatever reason) that the Low fat meals are not as fresh as the regular meals. On my flight yesterday and thursday, the pasta was crunchy (in a not good way!) and the chicken looked burned. I'd say overall its healthier, but not prepared as fresh as regular UA F/C meals...
