You can add the infant on to the ticket any time in the future for 10% of the original fare paid, so there is no need to wait for the birth if you want to buy it now.

WT+ is definitely worth the extra IMO... If there are two of you and the baby, you may get the side seats so just the two (three) of you in the bulkhead..
