On a somewhat related note, I wanted to call and ask a really simple question (do EXPs get autoupgrades on flights to st. thomas). Called last night, and bc AA recognized my number, they kept forwarding me to the EXP desk queue, which was insane (this is at 2am EST). Finally got my answer, but does anyone know a way to get to a regular agent without having to use a different phone?
