No - they are attached to the bassinette points. Infants under 2 do not need seats on BA, but you will require a bassinette position for the Britax child seat.
Also I know they are subject to availability - if so would we have more chance of getting one if we went WT+?
(Unlike Virgin) you can prebook the bassinette seats on BA. If they are available in WT you can book WT. If they are not available in WT, as already booked, then by all means look in WT+, or depending on budget Club.
