The situation here is different, as it's not a code-share but a wholly owned subsidiary. From the Continental OnePass site:

Travel Area for Mileage Accrual: All Air France-, Regional-, Brit Air- and City Jet-operated flights systemwide, including Air France franchise flights marketed as Air France and operated by Corse Méditerranée and flyBE.
