I use my miles for business cost reduction on most occasions. I even buy miles for my business when it makes sense. I guess that the 2-4-1 voucher on Amex if you were making a business redemption would be a non-taxable perk if you were paying the Amex fee personally as well as the partner's fees, taxes, charges, supplements, surcharges blah blah....
