Has there ever been a documented case of theft or fraud by obtaining someones PIN? I have never read anything like that here. I am sure it probably has happened but it was probably someone that was entrusted with said PIN. I use my SkyMiles number + PIN at the Kiosk, I definitely don't want something longer.
