Hi thaliajen,

Air France operates flights from London City airport to Edinburgh under their Cityjet subsidiary. The flights have AF flight numbers, so I presume that you would earn CO mileage with those flights. Right now, for a round trip in April, I'm seeing prices starting around $180.
