My first stay back on O'ahu in quite awhile has me asking a question - assuming a very early May arrival, where are the best spots to snorkel on O'ahu these days? We've done Hanauma Bay and other touristy spots with damaged reefs too many times, so we're looking for something nicer, and less crowded. Bays with reefs and dolphin visits would be a big plus.

Also, are there any good snorkel charters? Ko Olina Ocean Adventures has a splashy website touting a good tour, but we all know splashy websites do not always translate to a good value and experience.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
