Nothing unusual, even the latest ST downloadable desktop schedule doesn't include DL's latest changes.

Without C&I, it might be possible, if everything worked out close to on time. Having to clear C&I, I see no way unless your flight is very early.

Unfortunately for this combination, you'd have to go to terminal E, including clearing security again (unless they've completed the D/E connector by then). I think you should still be able to use the DL CRC as a STE+ on an international itinerary.
Edit: I didn't check EWR and LGA, they might offer some other options as well. CO through CLE might also be an option, and it's inside the same security, in terminal D.
