I was at NRT yesterday morning from about 08.30
CX lounge had small white-bread tasty sandwiches, wrapped Danish, croissant, jam/butter and cereals. No fresh fruit. (There may have been a hotplate with rice/noodles, but I'm not sure. Certainly no Western hot food.)
Only 4/5 computers which were all busy, so after breakfast I went to the AA lounge which, as others have posted, is one of their best and, unusually, much more appealing than the CX lounge. Food was exactly the same as CX lounge but with a bowl of apples/oranges, and it's much brighter with better views of the apron, and many more computers.
And dead quiet at that time of the morning.
