DL caused the problem. The itinerary is CDG-PHL on AF, and PHL-JFK on DL. The flight isn't until July though, so I think I'm probably going to wait as seoulmanjr suggested and perhaps it will sort itself out.

If not, I'll contact NW and see what they can do to help me. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
