Easier when you call the SEN or FT hotline. I needed some more tags because I didn't want to change them every time I use a different luggage. It took LH about 2 weeks to send me another set of tags.
Mine arrived on Friday. Interestingly enough, these ones are slightly different - instead of the "Lufthansa" and "Miles and More/Lufthansa" inscriptions the tag bears a simple "Senator" on both sides.
Not wasserdicht, though
