Unfortunately for you, EK is not obliged to give you STPC (hotel etc.) given that you're not continuing on the first scheduled flight out of DXB. On March 4, EK9 DXB-LGW departs 1445, and EK 3 and 5 DXB-LHR depart at 1430 and 1630 respectively.
I take it you were on an earlier flight and switched to a later one due to AA rescheduling your flight from LGW? What's happening there? If AA rescheduled causing a long transit somewhere, then you should ask them for something to compensate.
