Hi, I have a 14 hr stay in Dubai connecting to London.Emirates refused to issue me a hotel voucher stating that my itinerary was changed because my connecting flight from London on American airlines was re-scheduled.
Is there any way to request them again for a hotel voucher? Is it better if I call the US toll free number or do I send them an e-mail? Thanks.
