How do First Class air Suites compare?
How do the first class suites compare with each other?

I gather that suites are installed on Emirates Airbus 340-500, Emirates 777-200LR, Jet Airways 777-300ER and Singapore A380-800 main deck. All of them are 4 abreast.

Obviously 4 abreast on 380 main deck is wider than 4 abreast on A340. But how do Jet Airways and Emirates 777 suites compare?

Also, which routes are flown with suites? For A380, obviously Singapore-Sydney and no others - but what are Emirates and Jet doing?
