My e-receipt looks just like that for every refare I've done, even when the difference was credited as a voucher. The e-receipt is just not accurate for refares. If you got a credit on your non-refundable S fare, you got really lucky, as that was not supposed to happen (and I'd be willing to bet that it happens super-rarely).
