Options when a schedule change violates MCT?

I have an international award ticket going through PHL, arriving on AF, and departing on DL booked using my NW miles. The itinerary as originally booked had a 3-hour connection in PHL. When I checked on the itinerary today though, I found there had been a schedule change and now have only a 25 minute connection in PHL which I'm pretty sure violates the MCT for PHL.

A quick search of available options shows nothing available at the perk-saver level to any of the NYC airports. If I were to contact the elite line, would they be able to put me on another flight (even if it is not showing availability) because of DL's schedule change? If not, is my best option to just keep what they gave me and hope for something to open up?
