My daughter has had two trips on UA in the past two weeks. Each time her bag was delayed by over 36 hours. I called about them the first time and was told several conflicting things. Her bag was not put on another flight on another airline, it was not delivered when it arrived, etc., etc., etc. She hates UA--can't blame her.
I hear ya! Arrived in ORD from YYZ last night missed connection to FLL and was re-booked this AM. Bag never showed up in ORD. I was told my bag would be placed on my AM flight to FLL. Arrived in FLL this PM and sure enough my bag didn't
Was told my bag would be put on the next flight which arrived at 9PM and sure enough my bag wasn't on the flight
