The-Traveler is correct, for 15,000 points you can get you and your son from any Amtrak station within the State of NY to Orlando. The portion from NY City to Orlando would be in a roomette, and on the train to NYC you are entitled to two business class seats. But you must ask for them, if you don't the agent will automatically book you into two coach seats.

The Business class section is a little nicer and it does include free non-alcoholic drinks if you're on a train that doesn't originate in Albany. Trains originating in Albany don't have a cafe car.
