Why is calling BMI from overseas so expensive?
I use Skype to call BMI on +44 870 607 2233 but it costs me about 15 euro cents per minute. Why is it so expensive?

Is there a cheaper number?

Unrelated to this - I am trying to book an award ticket in F on LH to TPE. By starting in CPH (I will be in Holland so that is the nearest airport) I will only need 50,000 miles instead of 80,000. But if I want to fly LH that will go through FRA. Does that count as a zone 1 or a zone 2 flight?
