FWIW, Boston Coach has a rep as being very high cost.

IMHO, unless you work for (or are a client of) Fidelity, Boston Coach isn't a viable alternative.
My firm uses Concord, which I have found to be very reliable and the cars in pretty good shape overall (although I recently did an airport trip in a TownCar which had 342,000 miles on it - I was amazed at this - as well as half expecting a wheel to fly off on the BQE).
