Don't worry about it, they'll just make her a SSSS passenger. No big deal, just an ETD and a pat-down. Don't bother with the copy and stuff, they won't except it and that'll just get you an eye-roll. Just show your ID and boarding pass, inform them that here's your wife boarding pass and unfortunately her wallet got stolen. That's all, don't put out a whole sob story, it won't matter, just be concise and sincere, and it won't be a biggie. I hope the TSO is courteous when checking, and the SSSS lane isn't all that long.
Don't worry about it. At MCO the SSSS wait, is generally 15 minutes or less, and is one of the shorter lines. Hope that's the case, but it really shouldn't add an excessive amount of time through security.
