I understand. After checking SeatGuru, I confirmed my thoughts that the exit seat windows have about half of the cushion of the other seats...that won't fly with my mom on such a long flight. She never asked for the exit row, I just suggested that I might be able to get her to the better seat. She won't really care if it doesn't work out, I don't believe.
