JAL First Lounge has the slightly better breakfast but with limted Western Food. The negative part is that is always busy in the Morning.

The AA Lounge is much quieter.

So what I did last Morning visit was Breakfast at JAL then down to AA for the remainder of my stay.

I think CX is in The Satellite Wing.
