Yes. She was a victim of unlawful detention, and even technically Kidnapping in the case of the Guardsman. She could file a criminal complaint against those who detained her, illegally seized her property, and the guardsmen who removed her against her will.

However, a civil suit would be more effective with a better chance of success. I'm really praying that someone, somewhere will take this "9/11 security" sh#t to court. Just because you're a passenger on an airliner doesn't mean you're a criminal who needs to be treated like this.
