While waiting on the EXP line, I listened to the standard recording ("your call is very important to us...") several times, and after about 5 minutes another recording played that said that if you're calling about eVIPs set to expire on 2/29, please be aware that they're extended until Monday, March 3rd. They implied calling back later.

Must be a lot of us using them at the last minute.
