No, you can't. Because your mother need to able earned more those miles toward FO, GM or PM. It was only for medallions can used at exit row seat. She cannot go to exit row seat because she does not have any her medallions into exit row seat instead of emergency exit. You have to be accepted where she can sit there by non-medallions.
