Grand Hyatt Singapore is a nice hotel, esp with the renovated rooms in the backwing. I got upgraded to the club floor always, and a box of chocolate as Diamond amenity.

The hotel is indeed very busy, as it is located in the midst of downtown. Everyone is a paying guest, just don't expect them to treat you like a king from Saudi Arabia.
