Getting my non-medallion mother into an exit row?
My mom is flying TPA-LAX (on a 738) in June, and I would prefer that she can stretch out a little bit more in an exit row. I am not traveling with her. Has anyone had any luck calling SMS to use their medallion status to move a non-medallion pax into an exit row? I know she'll be able to select it upon check-in, but I'd rather reserve it in advance, of course.
