CO President's Club has free WiFi (SSID=COPresidentsClub or something similar)

DL CRC has T-Mobile WiFi. Under the T-Mobile/CRC promotion if you are CRC Member (paying member, not Amex Platinum or any other access method) you qualify for free T-Mobile access. (SSID=TMobile or something similar)

There is a place called "Just Desserts" right outside the CO President's Club in SFO. Usually you can connect to the CO President's Club access point from there.
