I'm sure the mods are going to move this to the electronics forum but for some reason, I'd rather have the opinion of fellow Canadian's over other (it must be the innocent look on everyone's face ).

It looks like I'm leaving the FF rat-race behind to go back for an MBA and I'm in the hunt for a laptop. In an effort to keep this on-topic, what is the most common notebook being used by fellow Canadian FTers?

I'm interested in <4 lbs with monitor in the 12-13 inch range. I currently use a Compaq nc6000 which I find a bit heavy (5.5lb). Performance reqs are secondary, although not unimportant.
