I'm looking forward to my first trip to SG this July, and was debating between Marriott and GH since both are so close to Orchard MRT. For about the same price, Marriott has a newly renovated Pool Terrace room that looks interesting. I'm basically trying to get something close walking distance to an MRT station, which is why I hesitated on Ritz and MO.

This has definitely given me pause to consider GH, since I'd be traveling as a Diamond as well. If no additional benefit, then not much pulling me to this property.
