Ever ponder the talent pool those kind of wages allow you access to?

Did you know that many training classes are half empty by the time they are finished because of Drug tests and background checks?

These are the people that SERVE YOU, and you're no doubt the first to scream and cry about "Lazy Union Workers"

Doug Parker can go merrily on his multiple DUI inspired ride through life, but God forbid a worker would want to make enough to eat AND live indoors!

Wendy's often pays more and the food is better. Ole DoUgIe boy gets what he pays for and we as customers suffer the consequences.

Just a small comment or two. People do not make it into the training class untill they have passed both the drug test & background checks. Once they get it they either can't pass the training or the "few" good ones who do just say screw it & leave very shortly after they find out what it is really like working for the low wages.
As far a "free flying" goes. It takes money after you get there.(If you make it) Flights for the most part are full so forget non-rev. If I really want to go some where & have time off I will buy a ticket most likely on another airline.
As for if you don't like it leave. It happens every day. As for me I have to much time & will hopefully retire or cut back hours pretty soon.
