MIA isn't that bad. Its just a dump with rude cs agents and is under perpetual construction and has some very long walks. I avoid it only because other hubs are potentially more pleasant... But can anyone name a large hub that they REALLY like? SFO on UA isnt that bad, maybe... But a good number of people complain about jfk, ord, lax, atl, dfw,phl, sfo etc for some reason from dirty to weather delays to high fares.
