And it is not just about wages, it is about working conditions, benefits, and both the former US and HP employees having the same contracts.
Perhaps it's everything that they are not happy about, then find a more suitable job else where! I am not condoning what US management is doing (both to its employees and customers), but we (I, as a customer, and the employees) are free to make choices. If I (or the employees) elect to stay with US, then live with that decision. Like I mentioned earlier, if enough people make a certain point, US management would have no choice but change accordingly.
