Beware...I loved wearing a Crock clone all over Netherlands and Italy in July & August 07. They're sweetly light, dry quickly, and are eaily on & off. A frightening downside was the "frictionless" response when stepping onto a wet, slick surface. I made some heretofore improvised "dance moves" that kept me upright, but would not have won any contests. I felt scared at almost banging my head on an overflowing fountain in Milan, and when my feet slipped forward threatening a butt or head landing where some street washing had just been done in Genova.
